1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or continuing to use Koogle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Service

Koogle is an information service that lets you ask questions by SMS, MMS, or by calling our phone line, and receive text, picture, or spoken answers. We use artificial intelligence and third-party data sources to generate responses. The phone line also acts as an account control menu (balance, credits, limits, and purchases).

3. Informational Purposes Only

Koogle is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Responses are not professional advice. Do not rely on Koogle for medical, legal, financial, religious, or safety-critical decisions. Always verify important information with a qualified professional or authoritative source. Never use Koogle in an emergency — call your local emergency number instead.

4. AI-Generated Content — Important Notice

AI can make mistakes. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated (sometimes called "hallucinations"). Koogle does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or appropriateness of any response. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

• Zmanim, halachic, and religious information is generated from third-party data and is not a psak or rabbinic ruling. Confirm with your rav.
• Prices, stock quotes, flight status, store hours, weather, and traffic come from third-party providers and may be delayed or wrong.
• Photos and map images are supplied by third parties. They are screened automatically, but automated screening is imperfect.
• Answers are generated fresh each time and may differ between requests. Koogle does not promise consistent or reproducible output.
• AI output may occasionally be unexpected or offensive despite our filters. Report problems by texting HELP.
• Koogle is not a human. Nothing it says creates a professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.

5. How Your Messages Are Processed

To answer you, the content of your messages and calls (including transcribed speech) is sent to AI model providers and data providers. Your conversation history is stored so you can review, reuse, or delete it — text DELETE LAST, DELETE TODAY, or WIPE HISTORY YES at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Koogle to send spam, harass others, request harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content, attempt to bypass safety filters, or violate any law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

7. Credits, Pricing and Payments

Koogle is pay-as-you-go with no subscription. Credits cost $0.02 each and never expire: 1 credit per text answer, about 2 credits per picture answer, and 5 credits per minute on voice calls. Packs are $5 / 250 credits, $10 / 500 credits, $50 / 2,500 credits, and $200 / 10,000 credits (minimum top-up $5), plus a flat $0.50 processing fee per top-up. New accounts get 20 free credits.

Longer and special-character answers can cost more. Carriers bill text in segments of 160 characters (70 characters when the message contains Hebrew or other non-Latin characters, emoji, or typographic symbols), so a long answer or a Hebrew text may be charged as several segments. Picture (MMS) answers are billed at the picture rate plus the caption text. We strip unnecessary special characters automatically to keep answers to the fewest segments possible.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Autopay, when enabled, charges your saved card automatically when your balance runs low; turn it off any time with AUTOPAY OFF or from the phone menu. Message and data rates from your own carrier may apply. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Koogle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koogle and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated answers, service interruptions, undelivered messages, or third-party data errors. Our total liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Messaging Consent

By signing up you consent to receive automated text messages from Koogle at the number you provide. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or change the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or operational necessity.
