When you use Koogle we collect the phone number you text from, the messages you send, and any optional profile information you provide. We also collect email and password credentials if you create a dashboard account.

We use your information to provide the SMS service, generate answers, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve Koogle. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI and Third-Party Services
Your messages may be processed by AI providers and data providers (for example, weather, maps, and finance sources) to generate responses. We do not send providers information we do not need to fulfill your request.
4. Data Retention
We keep message history and account data for as long as your account is active so the service can remember context and preferences. You can request deletion of your account and data by texting HELP or contacting us through your dashboard.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure transmission. No service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. Your Choices
You can update your preferences in the dashboard or by texting relevant commands. Text STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential messages.
